Terms and conditions

The indicated price in the program is a per person price for an adult (reference 1) and a per person price for children, student or retiree (reference 2).

The per person prices shown in the program are based on a group of at least 6 persons. However, to promote the mountain leader activity or a launch of a new tour, this number might be reduced.>

The recommended rate by the ASAM (Swiss Mountain Leader Association) is of CHF 350.- per day for a whole group.

Following terms and conditions apply, as long as they are not stated differently in the tour's description.

Winter tours

• The tour's prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros, in the corresponding columns of the schedule. Special prices apply for children, students and pensioner. For a family rate, please request a special proposal by E-Mail or by fax.
• The price includes the rental of snowshoes, and, when applicable, the half-board lodging (beverages not included).
• All other expenses are on the account of the customers.

Summer tours

• The tour's prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros, in the corresponding columns of the schedule. Special prices apply for children, students and pensioner. For a family rate, please request a special proposal by E-Mail or by fax.
• The price includes the fees and when applicable, the lodging, beverages not included. Half-board lodging for two days tours and full-board lodging for tours from three days on.
• All other expenses are on the account of the customers.

The registration is valid at receiving of a deposit of at least 30% of the amount due. A registration to a cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
The amount has to be received at the very latest at start of the tour.
In case of cancellation from the organizer's side, the received amount will be refunded.
One should be aware that the organiser keeps the right to change the route or the destination, without explanation.
Among the performances that are not included in the price is the transportation from home to the meeting point (P+R of Bernex) as well as from the meeting point to the start of the tour.

For this trip, the organiser proposes a transportation against a payment of CHF 5.- per driven 50Km (for example, 190Km are corresponding to CHF 15.-).
The participants are asked to check that they are correctly insured against accidents.
